Privacy Policy

Bettro is a client workspace for creative studios, operated by Outlign ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

Account data: your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash) when you create an account.

Workspace data: projects, tasks, invoices, messages, files, and other content you create or upload in Bettro.

Usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited and features used, to improve the product.

AI interactions: prompts you send to Nelson (our AI coworker) and the responses generated, used to provide the service.

We use your data to operate Bettro: authenticating you, storing your work, sending notifications you've opted into, and improving the service. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your workspace content to train AI models.

Nelson processes your prompts using third-party AI providers (via OpenRouter). Prompts may include project context such as task titles and descriptions. We use free-tier models and do not retain prompts for model training. Do not submit sensitive personal data through Nelson that you would not want processed by an AI service.

Data is stored on Supabase (EU region) with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is controlled by row-level security policies. We enforce HTTPS across all pages.

We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences, and optional analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details. You can manage consent via the banner on first visit.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact us at privacy@bettro.co to exercise these rights.

We retain your data while your account is active. Deleted workspaces are permanently removed after 30 days. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
